| Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, Mike is a 1965 graduate of Westfield (MA) High School. Mike attended Holyoke Community College and the University of Tampa, majoring in Business Administration. Mr. Stolpinski served in the United States Airforce from 1966-1970 as a jet engine mechanic and personnel office staff. Mike spent a year working at Westfield Electroplating while attending HCC and upon his return from the Airforce in 1970 rejoined WEPCO. Mike worked in a variety of administrative and production capacities to become the company's president in the mid 1970's and assumed ownership of the company in 1985. Mike is married to the former Nancy Graham and has 3 children; Jonathan (WEPCO's Office Manager), Matthew (a cadet at the United States Naval Academy and starting member of the academy's wrestling team) and daughter Katelyn (a freshman at Endicott College). In his spare time, Mike enjoys farming (Alpacas), as well as following the fortunes of the Naval Academy's wrestling team in addition to fishing and boating. |
