Born in Biloxi, Mississippi, Mr. Kudelka is a 1982 graduate of Westfield (MA) High School's International Baccalaureate program in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. Mr. Kudelka began his career at WEPCO while still attending High School. Beginning as a laboratory assistant and eventually supervising the laboratory, Keven continued his studies in analytical chemistry at Holyoke Community College. While continuing his formal studies, Mr. Kudelka completed the SANDOZ anodizing school, earned certification as a waste treatment operator by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and completed several quality and SPC courses conducted by General Electric's Aircraft Engine Business Group. In 1992 Mr. Kudelka was elected to AMS committee B and later elected to the NADCAP Chemical Processing Task Group as a voting member in 1995. Keven is a well known speaker at industry groups regarding processing, quality systems and training. Keven was promoted to Quality Control Manager in 1985 and then to the position of Director of Quality and Technical Services in 1995. Keven has complete corporate responsibility for all of the customer compliance, engineering and technical aspects of WEPCO's business. Keven reports directly to the President of the Westfield Electroplating and his direct reports include the Quality Control Manager, Laboratory Director and Process Engineering staff. Keven and his wife Marie make their home in Westfield, where he is completing the construction of a Vans Aircraft RV6A. Keven has a teenage son and daughter and is a licensed private pilot holding endorsements for complex high performance aircraft with an IFR rating.
